About Organization

The Program Management Office Department (PMO) is located within the PSO division and functions as a centralized organizational unit responsible for overseeing and delivering multiple complex projects, managing business operations, resource management, enablement, governance, and various communications within  the Network Division

Job duties

• Deliver highly complex, cross functional projects/programs

• Understand the software development life cycle management.

• Understanding of Azure, GitHub, Jira,

• Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholders

• Provide regular status updates, escalations, maintain RAID logs, highlight and manage risks

• Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Oversee and manage the software development lifecycle. Implement best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) for SDLC.

• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of software products

• Drive the implementation and integration of AI across projects.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 3 years experience managing projects, reporting to senior management, handling internal/external customers 

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working on IT projects 

• JIRA

• Basic Japanese N5 or above
