What You’ll Do

As a Production Tester, you’ll be part of our Assembly Team located in Willard, Ohio You’ll get to:

• Operates and tests outdoor power equipment
• Communicates performance, problems, and failures to the repairman and or zone leader/supervisor
• Recognizes common problems with test equipment and assists repairman in repairing units
• Follows all safety guidelines & procedures while working with outdoor power equipment
• Maintain quality, production, and safety standards following all ISO and company procedures
• Performs engine validation when required
• Able to scan and follow testing procedure on dyno
• Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Zone Leader

• High School Diploma or GED
• Some lifting required (40-50 lbs. with help)
• Must be able to pass testing certification once trained
• Have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of outdoor power equipment
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
• Must be self-motivated with a good work ethic (e.g., minimal absences and tardiness)
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work overtime as needed
