<p><strong>Your Job</strong></p><p>Molex is seeking a <strong>Pricing Operations Manager (Salesforce/CPQ) </strong> to help establish and scale the systems, processes, and user capabilities that support pricing execution within the Optical Connectivity Group. This role will serve as the business owner for CPQ and Salesforce pricing workflows, enabling consistent quoting processes, strong data governance, and an exceptional user experience. You will partner with commercial, product, finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure pricing systems support business growth and operational excellence.</p><p><strong>Location</strong>: This is an onsite role based at our global headquarters in Lisle, IL.</p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the business owner for CPQ and Salesforce quoting workflows, approvals, and governance processes</li><li>Lead business-side execution of CPQ and Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Translate business requirements into system capabilities, testing plans, and adoption strategies</li><li>Administer CPQ operations, including user support, training, release management, and change intake processes</li><li>Maintain pricing master data, including price lists, effective dates, and data quality standards</li><li>Develop training materials, process documentation, and enablement programs that drive user adoption</li><li>Establish scalable quoting processes that improve consistency, compliance, and efficiency</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve pricing system performance and user effectiveness</li></ul><div><strong><br/></strong></div><div><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)</strong></div><ul><li>Experience in CPQ administration, commercial systems, sales operations, or revenue operations</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and how CPQ integrates into quoting workflows</li><li>Experience translating business process requirements into system solutions and user acceptance testing plans</li><li>Experience leading enablement, training, documentation, or change management initiatives</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li></ul><p><strong><br/></strong></p><p><strong>What Will Put You Ahead</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of relevant work experience</li><li>Salesforce Admin and/or CPQ certifications</li><li>Hands-on experience configuring approval workflows and quote templates in CPQ</li><li>Familiarity with pricing master data practices and (SAP/ERP exposure a plus)</li><li>Experience in RFQ-based or complex B2B quoting environments for large accounts</li><li>Experience working in manufacturing companies, preferably in optical connectivity, electronics, or interconnect solutions</li><li>Experience with visualization tools for creating dashboards and KPIs</li></ul><div><br/></div><p><em>For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
