Roofing Production Supervisor

Apple Roofing is currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our production process to ensure the timely and successful completion of roofing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule roofing projects to meet deadlines
• Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Track and monitor project progress, including material orders and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records
• Assist with budgeting and cost control measures
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows
• Provide regular updates and reports to management

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production coordination/management or similar role
• Knowledge of roofing systems and processes (3+ years)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous CRM experience
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
