About the Role

Nebula is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Post-Production Coordinator to join our team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing multiple projects, and are passionate about supporting innovative and compelling storytelling, this role is for you.

Our ideal candidate has experience in the film industry and is familiar with narrative or documentary post workflows and deliverables. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-production workflows for Nebula Originals and other creator projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Work closely with producers to track schedules and update calendars across multiple projects.
• Oversee quality control (QC) processes, reviewing cuts for consistency, technical issues, and brand alignment.
• Organize and maintain digital assets across platforms like Dropbox, Frame.io, and Notion.
• Assist with deliverables, including final cuts, trailers, and paperwork.
• Maintain communication with production, post-production, and distribution teams through email, Slack, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-production or project management.
• Familiarity with tools like Dropbox, Frame.io, and project management software (e.g., Notion, Airtable).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise.
• Knowledge of video editing workflows and an understanding of file formats and codecs is a plus.
