The Strategy & Execution Program Manager position, reports to the Data & Analytics Programs Leader, and is responsible for initiating, planning, and supporting revenue-generating projects, as well as the design, development and maintenance of ongoing programs/project metrics, presentations, analyses, dashboards, etc. to inform a wide variety of stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

• Define and capture business and functional requirements for key projects or assignments

• Facilitate team meetings involving business and technical resources

• Coordinate, execute, and monitor processes to ensure project objectives are met

• Craft well-defined project timelines and work schedule artifacts

• Serve as Scrum Master for several teams within the organization, leading agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives. 

• Develop, track and distribute Data & Analytics team performance metrics and reports

• Assist in the ongoing management of Data & Analytics team operations

• Demonstrate your creative problem-solving skills 

What Experience You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relatable field

• 5+ years of project management experience (waterfall and agile)

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional non-Technology programs, which may include overall program budgeting, program objectives, planning and execution of the program, operations management and program reporting.  

• GSuite, Project Management tools (Jira & Smartsheet)

What could set you apart:

• Scrum Master or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Work experience in information technology or financial services industry preferred
