Team Introduction
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the financial management and support of TikTok's live streaming business in key overseas countries.
2. Establish a professional and mutually trustful collaboration with business team partners, follow up and understand business strategic planning, formulate and manage financial budgets, complete rolling forecasts of key financial indicators and track deviations from actuals, providing dynamic and timely financial feedback to the business team.
3. Provide consolidated financial information and independent analysis reports from both a regional and globally comparable perspective to support management decisions.
4 Verify and approve incentives, procurements, and other matters arising during business operations. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation for financial demands arising from new business initiatives to develop financial solutions or process guidelines, highlighting and mitigating potential financial risks.
5. Continuously improve the data foundation for financial monitoring and analysis, drive data infrastructure and process optimization, and identify opportunities to enhance automation in financial management and increase collaboration efficiency between finance and business.
6. Deeply understand the business logic and the correlation between key business metrics and financial indicators, explore and summarize the key business drivers behind financial performance, and refine staged financial analysis methodologies and risk identification practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial professional services, with mandatory experience in financial business partnering (BP), financial analysis, and financial strategy.
2. Possess a high level of responsibility, excellent business understanding ability, strong self-motivation, and a mindset for continuous growth, adapted to a cross-region, cross-team, and ever-changing work environment.
3. Proficient in information integration and data processing, able to quickly form business insights, with outstanding documentation skills and clear communication abilities.
4. Willingness to undertake short-term international travel.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in overseas business or projects is a plus.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $205169 annually.​
