About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end web development technologies, as well as experience in designing and building scalable web applications. The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

This position can be based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities or at one of our industrious offices in Boston, MA, Miami, FL or Raleigh, NC. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 3 days in office each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design comprehensive solutions.
  • Develop and maintain well-structured, efficient, and scalable code for both front-end and back-end components.
  • Implement user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Build robust and secure back-end APIs and services using appropriate technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
  • Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and application reliability.
  • Design and build scalable and reliable applications.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest development technologies and trends.
  • Guides and mentors other engineers, shares knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (eg. React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Solid understanding of back-end technologies (eg. Node.js, Python, Java) and frameworks (eg. Express, Django, Spring).
  • Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.

Compensation:
