Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the executive team's day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This position requires a proactive, highly organized, and adaptable individual with exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the calendars of company executives, scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
Email Correspondence: Handle and prioritize incoming emails, drafting responses, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
CRM Management: Assist in maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, updating and organizing contact information, and helping to track client interactions.
Partnership Support: Assist in fostering partnerships and collaborations by coordinating communication and maintaining records of partnership agreements.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining professional and responsive communication.
Light Bookkeeping: Provide basic bookkeeping support, including tracking expenses, invoices, and financial records.
Requirements
- Great communication skills, with an advanced level of English proficiency.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Familiarity with Gmail, DropBox, Slack, Excel and CRM.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Nice to have: Some experience with bookkeeping is helpful but not required.
- Accounting and Finance background is preferred.
Compensation: $750 - $900 per month
Schedule: Part-time
