The Job:  

As a Mechanical Service Representative, you’ll be part of our Dealer & PSS Customer Support team working as a Remote employee.    You’ll get to:  

• This position is responsible for providing technical support to consumers for products such as riding lawn mowers, zero turn lawn mowers, walk behind lawn mowers, hand held products, snow throwers and tillers.
• Communicate with customers, primarily by phone, in a professional manner.
• Answer customer questions concerning assembly, operation, repair, and maintenance related to residential units.
• Answer consumer questions regarding engine, transmission, and other component assembly, tear down and troubleshooting. 
• Document important customer, product, and call type information into the CRM while on calls.

• The ability to read and interpret documents such as owner’s manuals for operation, assembly and basic safety procedures associated with various outdoor power equipment products
• Knowledge of mechanical and operational theories common to general shop practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience required
• Outdoor Power Equipment/Power Tool Industry experience is a plus
• EETC certifications are a plus
