This is more than just a director position — it’s a chance to be part of the founding team at Kïdo Midtown. You’ll be leading a dynamic, Spanish immersion preschool where curiosity is encouraged, learning is joyful, and children are immersed in Spanish from their earliest years.

You’ll help build the culture, grow enrollment, and develop your team while bringing Kïdo’s global vision to life. With support from our hub team and the freedom to innovate, you’ll play a key role in shaping something truly meaningful — not just for the children in your care, but for your community and for the future of early childhood education.

What You’ll Do

As the Center Director, you’ll be the heart and soul of the school. You’ll:

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of passionate educators, setting the tone for excellence and collaboration.
• Build deep relationships with families, earning their trust and creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child is seen and celebrated.
• Oversee daily operations — ensuring compliance, managing finances, and partnering with Licensing to meet all state and safety standards.
• Drive enrollment growth by implementing local marketing strategies and showcasing the unique magic of Kïdo to prospective families.
• Champion quality and innovation by working closely with our Curriculum team to bring engaging, research-based learning experiences to life.
• Contribute to our growth story — not just by running a school, but by shaping what early childhood education can look like in the 21st century.

We’d Love to Meet You If:

• You are fluent in both Spanish and English, and you thrive in a multicultural, bilingual environment.
• You bring 2–4 years of experience as a center director in a large, licensed program (150+ children).
• You hold a valid Director’s Credential from Texas Child Care Licensing.
• You have a CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• You are energized by the opportunity to build something from the ground up, lead with empathy, and make decisions that center on what’s best for children and families.
