We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our company. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to support the development of an agile product environment transitioning from a classical organization.
Your tasks:

• Support Agile Transformation: Guide and support the organization in its agile transformation journey, helping to shift from traditional methodologies to an agile product environment.
• Foster Agile Standards: Promote and uphold agile standards and best practices within the team. Guide the day-to-day work of the team in an agile framework to ensure smooth product progression.
• Train Junior Scrum Masters: Play a key role in the growth and development of junior Scrum Masters. Provide training, mentorship, and feedback to help them excel in their roles.
• Create a Community of Practice: Establish and nurture a community of practice for Scrum Masters within the organization. Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning among the community members.

Your skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and other Agile frameworks and software engineering practices
• Proven experience in transition development teams from waterfall to agile model 
• Ability to deal with complexity and change, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and their application.
• Enjoy creating new structures and guiding principles from scratch
• Excellent mentoring and leadership skills.
• Joy at passing on your agile knowledge to people and teams and guiding them in their development
• Exceptional communication, organization, and team development skills.
• Open-minded and team-oriented attitude with a lot of empathy without shying away from conflicts
