Student - Alternative Testing Proctor ODA

Description:

Under the supervision of Disability and Access, an Alternative Testing Proctor will maintain test security and proctor exams for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Proctor exams, which includes monitoring students during exams
• Ensuring academic honesty during testing, which includes adhering to testing time limits and ensuring that students are not using any unapproved technology during the exam 
• Returning exams to professors when necessary 
• Maintaining the confidentiality of students 
• Ensuring that no other students see the exam or interact with the student while she/he completes the exam 

Requirements:

• Must be a full-time student at Ursinus College with completion of one (1) semester
• In good judicial and academic standing with the College 
• Maintain a flexible work schedule 
• Communicate regularly and efficiently with supervisor 
• Maintain test security and student confidentiality 
• Report incidents of academic dishonesty to supervisor 
• Adhere to the college’s policy’s regarding academic honesty 
• Report hours for payroll as instructed to be compensated
