Position Title: Assistant Director of Graduate, International and Online Admission

Appointment: Full-Time (12 months)
Status: Exempt
Bradley University invites applications for a strategic and forward-thinking Assistant Director of Graduate, International, and Online Admission to join our growing enrollment team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative professional who will serve as a thought partner to the Director and play a leadership role in the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of students across three high-impact populations: graduate, international, and online learners.
The Assistant Director will provide day-to-day oversight of recruitment initiatives, supervise admission counselors and support staff as needed, manage select projects and communication plans, and help identify growth strategies to meet enrollment goals. This position may include up to 8 weeks of recruitment travel annually and represents the university on a global stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Director in executing recruitment strategies, partnerships, and outreach for graduate, international, and online audiences.
- Supervise and mentor members of the Graduate, International, and Online Admission team, providing coaching, accountability, and support for team development and performance.
- Represent Bradley University at high-impact recruitment events locally, nationally, and internationally. May include up to 8 weeks of international or domestic travel.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of travel planning, international agency relationships, and graduate program-specific outreach.
- Contribute to the development of communication flows and content tailored to the needs of graduate, international, and online applicants.
- Stay informed of enrollment trends, policy changes (including visa regulations), and best practices in global and adult learner recruitment.
- Develop onboarding and training materials for new staff and student ambassadors (STARs) assisting with admission outreach.
- Evaluate recruitment activities and campaigns using data and insights to guide future decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in college admission, enrollment, or related higher education field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and work non-traditional hours as needed
- Valid passport and US driver’s license
- Master’s degree in higher education, communication, international studies, business, or a related field
- Supervisory experience and team leadership within an enrollment setting
- Experience working with graduate or international populations, including familiarity with visa and SEVIS regulations
- CRM experience, especially with Slate
- Relevant multilingual abilities or experience living/working abroad
