ABOUT THE JOB

Under the supervision of the Physical Security Systems Manager, we are looking for security leads to ensures the design, construction, repair and maintenance of all access control, intrusion and video surveillance systems. You will work cross-functionally across the company to mitigate physical security risk across all systems and supporting business objectives. You will receive and evaluate work orders and requests, investigates requests and troubleshoots problems where appropriate, establishes priorities and coordinates with contractors, when required, to make necessary repairs. You will also travel to sites to support new builds, project management, and commissioning.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist with the procurement, installation, and maintenance of access control system and video management system
  • Manage physical security ticketing to address badging, access, reader/camera request, and footage request
  • Designs, installs and/or oversees the work of contractors who install wiring in new construction and remodel projects relating to systems. Reviews plans for all access control and video surveillance
  • Oversee the installation, implementation, and maintenance of security infrastructure (IDS and ACS) for secure spaces. Understands the full cycle of bringing a site to certification.
  • Able to read and comprehend strict UL Guidelines that each site must adhere to.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation, certifications, and adherence to UL-2050 processes, while being proficient in preparing for and responding to UL compliance audits, including creating detailed workflow illustrations
  • Responsible for scheduled maintenance and minor repairs or adjustments to electronic devices, including but not limited to access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection devices. Keeps equipment updated and operational.
  • Primary point of contact for service requests on all systems associated with Anduril. Responds to phone, email, voice mail, verbal and written work orders. Issue and track work orders and work closely with vendors to assure timely resolution of service issues.

  • Attend project meetings pertaining to security systems.
  • Maintains inventory of essential parts and equipment to ensure repairs and installation in a timely manner.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level security systems
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VMWare, and AWS
  • Proven experience in project management, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Lucid
  • Experience with Infoblox, Netbox, and troubleshooting communication issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances
