Please note: These positions are available for the remainder of 24-25 school year, ESY and 25–26 school year.
Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate, self-directed, and organized individuals to assist students with behavioral needs.
Position Summary: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, you will provide direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect data on student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.

- Behavior support
- Direct instruction with ABA principals
- Data collection
- Skill acquisition support
- Implementing behavior plans and positive support plans
- Collaboration with all team members
- Documentation
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field, is preferred
- Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting
