At Mankato Clinic, our Physical Therapy team is an integral part of a multidisciplinary care model. As a Physical Therapist, you will:

Work primarily with adult patients in an outpatient setting

Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions

Collaborate closely with experienced physical therapists, clinical assistants, APPs, and physicians
-
Have a voice in the development of programs, procedures, policies, and clinical protocols
-
Practice in a supportive, team-oriented environment that values professional growth and clinical excellence
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients to assess physical therapy needs, functional limitations, and establish individualized plans of care

Provide physical therapy treatments including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and other evidence-based interventions

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document care accurately and timely in the medical record

Educate patients and family members on diagnoses, treatment goals, prognosis, and home exercise programs to promote independence and continuity of care

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes

Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings

Promote patient satisfaction through compassionate, ethical, and professional practice
Qualifications
Required
-
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)

Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Minnesota

Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment

Basic computer proficiency
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, physiology, and adult rehabilitation principles

Ability to work effectively with patients across a wide range of functional abilities

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with patients, physicians, and healthcare staff
-
Strong commitment to high-quality care and patient satisfaction
Preferred
-
Prior experience in an adult outpatient physical therapy setting
This position will split time between our Mankato Main Clinic and our St. Peter location.
Compensation
Salary range for this position is $77,000 - $114,500, dependent on experience and FTE status.
