What the Role Is

Babylist is seeking an accomplished and visionary Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our new facility in Lockbourne, Ohio. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives on building from the ground up and has a track record of creating impactful results in a startup or rapidly scaling environment. Managing a team of 60+ direct and indirect reports, you will focus on establishing foundational processes, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. • Proven Builder: You have a history of success in building operational excellence from the ground up, especially in startup or high-growth environments.
• Experienced Leader: You bring 10+ years of management experience, with at least 5 years in warehouse operations, successfully managing teams of 60+ people.
