What the Role Is
Babylist is seeking an accomplished and visionary Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our new facility in Lockbourne, Ohio. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives on building from the ground up and has a track record of creating impactful results in a startup or rapidly scaling environment. Managing a team of 60+ direct and indirect reports, you will focus on establishing foundational processes, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence. Who You Are
- Proven Builder: You have a history of success in building operational excellence from the ground up, especially in startup or high-growth environments.
- Experienced Leader: You bring 10+ years of management experience, with at least 5 years in warehouse operations, successfully managing teams of 60+ people.
- Impactful Innovator: You’ve demonstrated the ability to establish foundational processes, implement key systems, and scale operations efficiently.
- Strategic Thinker: Your long-term planning ensures sustainable growth while meeting immediate operational needs.
- Team Developer: You excel at hiring, training, and empowering teams to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Operational Expert: Deep expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and workflow optimization.
- Results-Oriented Leader: You’re driven by metrics and have a proven record of achieving and surpassing KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
