Raytheon’s Naval Systems department is seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our System Integration team. The Integration and Test directorate is responsible for interconnecting subsystems, identifying and resolving system level issues that may stem from software or hardware anomalies, and developing automated or operator-driven tests in support of system-level requirements verification.
What You Will Do
- Order supplies/materials for Department and supported Programs
- Generate visit requests
- Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and subcontractors.
- Department and Department Manager Calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination
- Schedule and coordinate all-hands meetings and subsequent survey distributions
- Generate expense reports
- Collect inputs and generate Department Monthly Highlight Reports
- Input data into and generate reports from various company databases and applications
- Maintain Department Action Item Status and proactively track commitments to completion.
- Understand and comply with Raytheon Technologies' policies and procedures, Security functions, and Information/Digital Technology and serve as a front-line resource for employees navigating these systems
- Must be comfortable with working on mobile devices and using this technology for increasing productivity of both the main office and other locations where the SI&T Leader may travel
- Ability to travel locally (New England) up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with administrative, office support, and/or logistics.
- Experience with Microsoft Office i.e. (office tools, excel, word, etc)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written communication (i.e. writing, spelling, grammar and punctuation)
- Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changes in priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working in facilities that contain confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in a team and matrixed environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may require overtime, modified time or extended hours on occasion
