- Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of community managers to achieve peak performance and unlock their full potential!
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence!
- Make strategic hiring decisions and cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team culture, building a team of passionate and dedicated professionals!
- You are the Operations Expert!
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large portfolio of communities within the region, ensuring smooth and efficient management!
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance resident satisfaction, driving operational excellence and creating a thriving community environment!
- Coordinate and execute community inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance!
- You are the Financial Specialist!
- Analyze financial information and prepare insightful revenue and expense reports for the assigned portfolio, providing valuable insights into financial performance!
- Develop and manage community budgets to maximize financial performance and achieve profitability targets, ensuring financial stability and growth!
- Monitor and control expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, demonstrating strong financial acumen and maximizing profitability!

Requirements
Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Real Estate is a plus, but not required.
- 10+ Years in community management with a minimum of 1-2 years in a regional manager or similar role.
- Financial Acumen & Asset Performance
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning at a regional level
- Expertise in financial management, NOI growth, and complex asset oversight
- Proven ability to analyze financial trends, identify opportunities, and optimize operational efficiencies
- Experience in capital planning, investment strategy, and maximizing asset value
- Leadership & Team Development
- Track record of leading large, multi-state teams across Colorado, Utah, and Arizona
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing community and regional teams
- Strong focus on employee engagement, workplace culture, and succession planning
