<h2><strong>Manager, Price &amp; Discount Strategy</strong></h2> <p>As a Manager of Price &amp; Discount Strategy, you will shape the economics behind our global food solutions group and the world's leading meal kit company, active in 17 countries across 3 continents. You will drive and execute our strategic price and discount vision, with a specific <strong>focus on AI-driven optimization</strong>, bridging the gap between high level commercial strategy and cutting edge automation and intelligence.</p> <p>Your mission is to move our pricing from static playbooks to dynamic, data-intelligent systems. Challenges will include:</p> <ul> <li>How do we best incorporate GenAI into our internal workflows to identify and deploy the most effective price and discount levers for improving CLV?</li> <li>What new incentive structures should we bet on and how do we identify and iterate quickly on candidates?</li> <li>How can we automate market-specific pricing insights to react faster than our competitors?</li> </ul> <p>In this role, you will be part of the Global Price &amp; Discount Strategy Team, shaping pricing and discount strategy across our full global portfolio which includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Factor, GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, and Youfoodz. You’ll work closely with stakeholders from multiple countries and teams such as Product, Marketing Analytics, and Paid Marketing — making it a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking, analytical depth, and cross-functional execution.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Drive Strategic Initiatives:</strong> Lead high impact projects - such as launching new pricing models or new benefit types.</li> <li><strong>Modernize Pricing with AI:</strong> Act as the lead Business Owner for AI initiatives, collaborating with Analytics and Product to adapt AI use cases within our pricing and discount strategies.</li> <li><strong>Bridge Strategy &amp; Tech:</strong> Translate complex business requirements into technical specs for our Product teams, ensuring our discount tools are both sophisticated and scalable.</li> <li><strong>Run Advanced Experiments:</strong> Design and execute A/B tests, ensuring we are constantly learning and refining our pricing and discount approach.</li> <li><strong>Own the Global Playbook:</strong> Maintain and evolve our global toolkit of best practices, ensuring that successful AI initiatives (e.g., anomaly detection,&nbsp; synthetic sampling, predictive analytics) are seamlessly scaled.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Education: </strong>Master’s / B
