Co-Ordinator Regional Security

Pick n Pay Clothing is looking for a Security and Risk- Co-Ordinator to implement measures to prevent issues and risks in the operation space.

Previous experience as Security and Risk Manager/Co-Ordinator
Grade: 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
Computer literate – MS Outlook, Excel, Word. MS Teams.
Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends and stock takes after hours
Willingness to travel to stores (nationally)
Willingness and ability to undertake physical hands-on tasks

Proactively identify operational efficiencies with regards to security and risk matters.
Identify potential security risks, such as theft, fraud, or vandalism, and implement measures to prevent these issues.
Conducting risk assessments of the store's physical premises, including evaluating fire and safety hazards and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Monitoring inventory levels and implementing procedures to prevent losses due to shrinkage.
Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns that could indicate potential risks to the business.
Developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures to ensure the store operates safely and competently.
Training staff on risk awareness and prevention strategies to create a risk management culture within the store.
Ensuring first aid kits in all stores are up to date.
Monitor all stores and follow up with stores that need to test their alarm weekly.
Follow up with area and store managers if their security audit reports are being attended to.
