Noblis is looking for Top Secret cleared Business Systems Analyst in Huntsville AL.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development, and user story writing to support development and deployment.
- Facilitate the gathering of business focused requirements to support a product team and product owner in defining the backlog and ensuring the users’ perspective is considered.
- Focus requirements gathering on improved usability, user experience, and driving user adoption and engagement.
- Identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories, ensuring thorough acceptance criteria.
- Document business rules and construct workflow diagrams as needed.
- Provide consultation on complex projects while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
- Create and present briefings to team members, clients, and product owners to support recommendations.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning, program increment planning, demos, retrospectives) as part of agile team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (in computer science, data science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline) with 8 years of experience; Additional six (6) years of experience is considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience operating in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment.
- Agile certification (such as SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Practitioner, or similar).
- Working knowledge and documented experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.
- Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation, teamwork and follow through.
- Strong professional and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- ActiveTop Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Desired Qualifications
- Section 508 experience a plus.
