As an UpStream Drilling Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our most critical projects, providing strategic direction and technical leadership. Your deep expertise and innovative approach will be instrumental in shaping our operations and driving our success. You'll oversee the work of other drilling engineers, mentor junior engineers, and ensure alignment with project goals and standards. Responsibilities/Expectations:
Provides strategic direction and leadership for high-impact drilling projects, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness to ensure project success
Oversees risk assessments and ensures mitigation strategies are put in place to ensure smooth operations
Ensures strict adherence to company processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain high standards of performance
Champions safety and drives compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards to protect personnel and the environment
Leads the analysis and interpretation of data on drilling activities and performance, providing strategic insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and optimize project outcomes
Leads and guides the team in facilitating effective collaboration with geologists, reservoir engineers, and operations teams to develop and implement advanced drilling plans that optimize resource extraction
Oversees the work of other drilling engineers, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with project goals and standards
Mentors and develops junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Drives continuous improvement by leading advanced training programs and providing expert technical support to drilling teams to enhance skills and knowledge

Education/Years of Experience:
Engineer I:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
Engineer II:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum two (2) years of progressive engineering experience in the energy industry
Engineer III:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum five (5) years of progressive engineering experience in the energy industry
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE Certification
Engineer Sr:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license; A minimum eight (8) years of progressive engineering experience in the energy industry
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE Certification
Engineer Staff:
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or
