Who You Are:
A CNA or Caregiver with a strong commitment to customer service and a genuine passion for geriatric care. You excel at building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, family and staff, while providing motivation and support. You are skilled in assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, light laundry, bed linen changes, client errands and offering companionship. You are also dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for the client. CNAs and Caregivers meticulously follow the duties outlined in each client’s care plan.
-Client Schedule: Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, 2:00PM - 6:15PM, (4.25 hour shift)

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license, personal, reliable vehicle with verifiable auto insurance.
- Must be willing to do Client shopping and errands for this position.
- Must have at least 6 months or more paid work experience working with the geriatric population or similar care and responsibilities.
- Must posses skills necessary to provide the care appropriate to the age and diagnosis of the clients.
- Must maintain required yearly training/education and monthly hours worked as mandated by agency
- Must work 30 hours or more a month to stay an active employee
- Must have moderate computer and cell phone skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to participate in physical activity.
- Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.
- Moderate lifting, 20-40 pounds.
- Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
