Technician Production Support - Senior Level

At WINNING CONSULTING we are looking for a <strong>Technician Production Support - Senior Level</strong> profile to join a project for an important client in the Banking Sector - <em>(Hybrid)</em><br/><br/><br/><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br/> <ul><li>Application Support experience;</li><li>SQL Server/Oracle and Sybase;</li><li><strong>ServiceNow</strong> / Ticketing Tools;</li><li><strong>GENEOS</strong> / Monitoring Tools;</li><li>Understanding of <strong>Linux/Unix</strong> and <strong>Windows Server</strong>;</li><li>Ability to manage priorities, incidents and problems;</li><li>Good communication skills and teamworking<u>;</u></li><li>Knowledge sharing;</li><li>Problem solving;</li><li>Time management;</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>MAIN RESPONSABILITIES</strong><br/><br/>This role will involve functional support of collateral applications. The activities to be carried out are:<ul><li>Provide functional support for the applications;</li><li>Execution of requests from business, development and other support teams;</li><li>Prioritize, track and resolve incidents/requests using the Service Now application;</li><li>Analyze change requirements, test changes  and coordinate releases;</li><li>Keep the collective team knowledge base up to date;</li><li>Batch Monitoring and troubleshooting;</li><li>Site Handover/follow the Sun;</li><li>Ad-Hoc Reporting;</li><li>Application Queries;</li><li>Automatic reporting;</li><li>User Access issues;</li><li>Mailbox Management;</li><li>Monitoring / Health checks;</li><li>Static data changes;</li><li>User training;</li><li>Alerting based incidents / setup;</li><li>System Health checks;</li><li>Dashboard maintenance.</li></ul><br/><br/>WHO WE ARE?<br/><br/>Winning Consulting is a consultancy company that offers consultancy, training, recruitment and research services.
