Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our front-office modernization program worldwide. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition to our target front office system Atlas v2, leveraging their expertise in managing multiple country programs across multiple products. The geographical scope is Asia, North America, South Latam, Europe and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Atlas v2 system, from planning and design to execution and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and managing risks effectively.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and consultants as necessary, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project milestones.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
- Plan and engage with other applications to ensure end-to-end delivery of integrated applications

- International project with members across geographies
- Multiple projects to coordinate and roadmap to align
Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Strong Experience with complex program management
- Strong understanding of agri-commodity business. Previous experience in the agriculture industry, with a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and opportunities will be considered a strong plus
Soft Skills:
- Both hands-on and strategic: can define long term plans as well as deep-dive in specific topics in case of issues.
- Impeccable communication, lead by influence.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle many medium and long-term tasks.
- The ability to learn fast and adapt to new solutions.
Experience:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations in complex organizational environments.
Education:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field
Additional Information
- The job will be in Lyon, France at Louis Dreyfus Company offices.
- You will report to a manager in Europe.
- A few international travels might be required in the frame of the mission.
