JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position provides high level financial and administrative support to all Clinical Trials and research efforts in the Department of Neurology.  This individual will be responsible for the development of clinical trial budgets, monthly financial analysis of active trials, the maintenance of a contract data base and supporting documentation, and general financial support with invoicing and effort allocation.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors’ degree

EXPERIENCE:

• One to three years of related experience that demonstrates knowledge and familiarity with health care finance and accounting.

Knowledge/Special Skills:

• Experience with accounting, or related business field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• One to three years of related experience that demonstrates knowledge and familiarity with health care finance and accounting.
• Experience with clinical trials is highly desirable.
