Job Description

Do you have experience leading HR initiatives to drive process improvements and employee experience leveraging HR systems? Are you a data-driven analytics leader who is passionate about improving talent/people insights and helping the business solve people problems? We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to lead our HR product management, analytics, and HR’s portfolio planning team. As Sr. Director, you will help shape our HR technology landscape, foster data-driven decision-making, and improve efficiency within the HR function while focusing on the employee experience. This role serves as the primary point person for our DigITs (Digital Informatics & Technology Solutions),partnering closely with Application Services, Business Informatics, and Enterprise Analytics to bridge and prioritize HR needs.  

 

This is a hybrid role that will require regular on-site presence in NYC (average 2 days/week). Join us on this exciting venture, where your expertise will create a lasting impact.

You will:

  • Partner with HR leadership team, Business/Hospital leadership, and our technical/digital teams to manage our technology/reporting/analytics priorities, portfolio and roadmap
  • Proactively seek opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to deliver actionable insights into workforce trends, performance, and engagement
  • Oversee data governance and HR hygiene strategy to improve data quality
  • Lead efforts to mature our people reporting and insights, equipping leaders with talent knowledge needed to influence business strategy
  • Focus on collaboration – breaking down silos, fostering cross-HR communication and knowledge sharing
  • Lead organizational change efforts for HR data, tech, and operational improvements.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the HR technology portfolio, ensuring governance, alignment with HR goals and objectives and delivery
  • Lead, mentor and develop an impactful team of specialists

You have:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, technology, reporting, and analytics.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, leading HR technology, analytics, or HR operational professionals.
  • A robust understanding of HR technology systems, with specific experience in Workday required; familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability implementing or applying evolving HR trends and best practices in a large, sophisticated environment
  • Solid understanding of HR technology systems, with experience in Workday required, ServiceNow, or similar platforms are appreciated
  • Demonstrable experience in portfolio management and prioritization activities.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience running a large portfolio of initiatives/projects
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Collaborate organization-wide and led successful change management initiatives
  • Adaptability to evolving HR technology trends, ensuring MSK remains at the forefront of innovation.

Pay Range $211,200.00-$359,300.00
