Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Travel Retail Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks across our retail store(s). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store remains in excellent condition by addressing general repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to urgent issues. This role requires a proactive individual with a broad range of repair skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on store fixtures, surveillance cameras, equipment, lighting, flooring, and other structural elements.
- Address minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues to keep the store in working order.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from store management and employees.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues and maintain store safety.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes.
- Work with external contractors when necessary for specialized repairs.
- Keep maintenance records and report major issues to store leadership.
- Assist with store setup, minor remodeling, or fixture installations as needed.
- Maintain tools and ensure they are in good working condition.

Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of general repair skills, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual labor.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and OSHA regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.
- Must have experience and be willing to travel in excess of 50%-75%- across the US.
