How you will make an impact:

​​We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), reporting to the VP of Finance, to join our scaling SaaS organization. As a finance leader in our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing financial strategies. Responsibilities include financial planning, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial insights to support our growth, manage financial risk, and contribute to the overall success of the company. This role will need to be effective in communicating with senior management, and consistent in bringing new insights to the table, while continuing to deliver on day-to-day duties. Responsibilities:

  • Own forecasting and reporting process for ARR, GAAP revenue, and Cost of Goods Sold, including managing assumptions and drivers.  Manage/refine all aspects related to Revenue and COGS assumptions/drivers in financial planning and analysis application (Adaptive)
  • Oversee budget and performance reporting process for R&D teams, including Engineering and Product business units. Partner closely with business unit leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecast updates, and multi-year planning
  • Partner closely with Accounting on journal entries and accruals
  • Develop and refine cash flow and balance sheet forecasting.  Manage monthly and quarterly detailed cash forecasting processes
  • Support company-wide KPI reporting and provide updates periodically via town hall discussions
  • Guide data and metrics for business intelligence 
  • Drive executive reporting dashboards and documents including Boar
