Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety and comfort.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Support and encourage patient engagement in their care plans and daily activities.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to varying work environments.
• Current CPR certification is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• California Home Care Aide registration (background check may be needed)
• Current TB screening or Chest X-Ray results
• Legal eligibility to work (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
