We own three domestic U.S. facilities and have invested heavily in infrastructure, R&amp;D, and in-house quality systems, able to provide third-party incubation and manufacturing support for leading ingredient and end-product nutrition brands.</p> <p>We are now actively expanding operations at our Allerton, Iowa facility. Our factory is running and we are focused on scaling our manufacturing to support a broader range of dairy nutrition products. This position carries real accountability and works directly in service of the best-in-class domestic manufacturing platform we're building.</p> <p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Production Supervisor &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Location:</strong> Allerton, IA &nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Start date:</strong> ASAP</p> <h2><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Operates the spray dryer and related equipment to dry product produced by the Mix Operator, following all quality, sanitation, safety, and FDA-regulated infant formula manufacturing requirements</li> <li>Checks moisture, sediment, HP pump pressures, heat exchanger temperatures and adjust as necessary using product specifications and work schedule</li> <li>Maintain records including computer logs, sanitation records, pre-op forms, and batch tickets</li> <li>Perform Clean-In-Place (CIP) operations</li> <li>Replace gaskets, pump seals, and HP pump packing as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Machine operating experience required; food manufacturing or infant formula manufacturing preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with cGMPs, SOPs, HACCP, or similar
