Latam Talent: 
Nationwide Immigration Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sr. IT Administrator to join our team and take charge of our organization's IT infrastructure. As an IT Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of our computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Sr. Systems Administrator Responsibilities:

1.    User Account Management:
a.    Create, modify, and delete user accounts in Office 365, and other core systems.
b.    Manage user permissions and access levels based on organizational requirements.
c.    Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
2.    Development Tools:
a.    Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive, Team, ensuring proper access controls, including user provisioning and configuration of sites.
b.    Proficient in PowerShell scripting, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Preferably BI.
c.    Experience in SharePoint design and development is a major plus.
3.    Identity and Access Management:
a.    Assist in implementing and managing Azure Active Directory (AAD) for user authentication and authorization.
b.    Assist in implementing and managing multi-factor authentication and conditional access policies.
c.    Manage Intune, MDM, exchange email, and Microsoft Defender.
4.    Security and Compliance:
a.    Monitor security reports and logs, addressing any security incidents.
b.    Assist in implementing and managing data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
5.    License Management:
a.    Audit and Optimize license allocation based on organizational needs and usage patterns.
6.    Backup and Recovery:
a.    Assist in developing and maintaining backup and recovery strategies for Office 365 data.
b.    Test and execute data recovery procedures in case of accidental deletion or data loss.
7.    Monitoring and Performance Tuning:
a.    Monitor the performance of core services and address any performance issues.
8.    Documentation:
a.    Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
b.    Provide training materials and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end-users.
9.    Incident Response:
a.    Respond to and resolve incidents related to core services promptly.
b.    Respond to issues and questions (L1 Technical Support) and escalate when necessary.


Education: College Degree, Associate in a Computer Science Related Field, Microsoft Certifications
Experience: 
1.    Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office 365 Administrator.
2.    Minimum 1 year experience in administering other systems.
