The IT Service Delivery Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of IT service management platforms and enterprise IT systems. This role ensures efficient IT operations, manages system configurations, and supports enterprise IT service delivery processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• IT Service Management (ITSM) Administration: Maintain and configure Fullsteam’s ITSM platform to support incident, change, problem, and service request management.
• Platform Administration: Manage IT service platforms, ensuring uptime, security, and performance. Implement best practices for configurations, workflows, and automation.
• IT Asset Management (ITAM): Track, manage, and optimize IT assets, ensuring proper lifecycle management and compliance with enterprise policies.
• Service Management Support: Assist in incident response, change management and other related processes, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to enterprise policies.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to enhance ITSM workflows and service delivery processes, leveraging automation where possible.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical support for ITSM tools and related platforms, assisting internal IT teams and end-users as needed.
• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with service delivery teams, platform engineering and security teams to maintain system integrity and update relevant documentation.

Primary Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery, platform administration, or ITSM administration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management, IT asset management tools, and enterprise IT platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and enterprise authentication solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• ITSM Administration: Hands-on experience managing and configuring Jira Service Management (JSM) or similar ITSM tools.
• ITAM & Asset Lifecycle Management: Experience with IT asset tracking, procurement, and lifecycle management tools.
• Enterprise IT Infrastructure: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and enterprise authentication solutions.
• Automation & Scripting: Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages for workflow automation.
• ITIL Best Practices: Understanding of ITIL v4 principles and best practices for IT service management.
• Integration & API Management: Experience with REST APIs for system integrations is a plus.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
