Global Compliance Analysts (f/m/d)

Your Role

As part of our Global Compliance team, your main focus will be to provide administrative support across key compliance functions. This is a low-level administrative role with strong growth potential, ideal for someone looking to develop within the field of global compliance.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the global compliance department with day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining structured documentation, assisting with purchase orders (POs), and organizing certification-related folders and processes. You will be involved in monitoring and gathering data for global compliance reports and maintaining oversight of non-conformance issues across regions.

In addition, you will help manage compliance policy documentation, ensuring that updates are properly tracked and stored, and that administrative procedures are consistently followed across global teams. This role requires close coordination with compliance leads and internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, document readiness, and smooth audit preparations.

Your Profile

Must-Haves:

• Able to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
• Independent and proactive work style
• Strong attention to deadlines and structured task execution
• Highly organized, with a keen eye for accuracy in administrative processes

Nice-to-Haves:

• Initial exposure to or interest in compliance frameworks or certification processes
• Experience with administrative tasks related to audits, reporting, or document control
• Familiarity with global work environments or international collaboration
