Automation Tester (Oracle HCM) – 2 to 4 Years Oracle HCM Experience (4A)
- Develop and execute automated and manual test cases for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Validate Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits business processes.
- Participate in requirement reviews, test case design, defect tracking, and regression testing activities.
- Create automation scripts, maintain test data, and support continuous test execution cycles.
- Work with QA leads and functional consultants to ensure quality deliverables within project timelines.
- Experience in Oracle HCM testing, OpKey
