THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Cocktail Service Attendant at Club Prive in Bellagio is to expedite VIP and Celebrity guests' drink orders and provide beverage and bus service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.5043 per hour plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable

• Place order, garnish and serve cocktails to guests

• Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures

• Answer telephone in service areas and direct calls where necessary

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations and tables

• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries

• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in cocktail and guest service experience in a high limit room or luxury lounge environment

• Knowledge of menu items, including characteristics of wine and champagne by the glass, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, terminology, and garnishes

• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
