The Role

The Director of Strategic Partnerships & Manufacturer Relations reports to the Chief Innovation Officer and is responsible for the ongoing management of digital-centric relationships between Cyncly and flooring manufacturers and distributors.

This position requires a comprehensive skill set encompassing organizational, analytical, marketing, critical thinking, and collaborative abilities. The role involves working with diverse manufacturer/distributor clients to achieve the objectives outlined in their respective partnership agreements.

Success in this role is crucial to Cyncly's ability to meet its core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with Cyncly’s Strategic Manufacturer & Distributor partners to ensure the successful fulfillment of objectives specified in each partnership agreement.
• Facilitate the onboarding of Manufacturer partners as necessary to meet program deliverables.
• Supervise the daily relationship and communication between Cyncly and partner manufacturers concerning joint digital programs.
• Schedule and conduct regular status meetings with Manufacturer/Distributor partners to review program progress and performance.
• Collaborate across multiple departments to achieve Cyncly's objectives and those outlined in each manufacturer/distributor agreement.
• Provide monthly program performance scorecards and conduct comprehensive mid-year and year-end program performance reviews.
• Work with Manufacturer/Distributor partners to optimize program results and return on investment.
• Contribute to and assist the Chief Innovation Officer in new business proposals.
• Promote and secure upselling opportunities for current manufacturer partners across various offerings (e.g., Co-op programs, website, visualizer, custom rug shop).
• Conduct in-person strategy sessions with manufacturer partners to maintain strong relationships.
• Provide strategic brand recommendations for manufacturer and distributor partners on the platform and in digital media.
