What you will be doing

As a CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing ad-hoc marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and conversion among our customer base. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Campaign Strategy and Planning – Collaborate with marketing teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messaging. You’ll develop detailed campaign plans and timelines to ensure alignment of campaigns with the company's overall marketing strategy.

• Campaign Execution – Create and execute CRM campaigns using various channels (email, in-app messages, etc), segment customer lists and personalize campaign content for maximum impact.You will oversee the creative development process, including copywriting and design.

• Campaign Performance Analysis – Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI). You will conduct A/B testing, optimize campaigns for better results, as well as generate reports and provide insights to inform future campaign strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, customer support, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.

• Proven Experience & Background: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and at least 2 years of direct experience in designing, managing, and optimizing CRM campaigns.

• Technical Proficiency: You have demonstrated expertise in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

• Organization & Autonomy: Highly organised and able to work both in team and independently.

• Adaptability: You are a quick learner and can fastly adapt your approach to different projects and evolving situations.

• Creative Thinking: You have a creative mindset and the ability to design and produce compelling campaign content.

• Analytical Mindset: You have strong analytical skills, with the crucial ability to interpret data to guide data-driven decisions.
