Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer with deep experience developing consumer-facing applications across Apple platforms, including iOS, macOS, iPadOS, visionOS, and tvOS. You will be responsible for building and maintaining highly scalable features that span the entire customer journey, helping millions of Apple customers get the support they need. You are highly motivated with strong technical skills, adept at creating intuitive user experiences, passionate about quality, and have a keen eye for the details that surprise and delight our customers

Preferred Qualifications

macOS: Experience developing and maintaining native macOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI and AppKit/Cocoa frameworks.
Objective-C Experience: Working experience with Objective-C, particularly for maintaining existing codebases.
AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating AI/ML models using Core ML, Create ML, or external frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Apple platforms.
Generative AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models), and their potential applications within mobile/desktop software.

Minimum Qualifications

Core Platform Development: 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
Language & Modern Swift: Strong object-oriented design and programming skills with Swift, including deep understanding and practical experience with modern Swift features like Concurrency and Swift Testing.
Native Frameworks: Familiarity and practical experience with core OS frameworks such as Foundation, Core Animation, AVFoundation, and relevant iOS SDKs.
Platform Acumen: Up-to-date with the latest iOS version changes, features, architectural patterns, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, sandboxing, security, privacy, code signing, and deployment best practices.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
Web Services & APIs: Solid understanding of Protocol Buffers, JSON, REST, and other similar web service communication protocols.
