As a Finance and Accounting Assistant belonging to the protected categories (L.68/99).
Your primary responsibility will be to support the finance and accounting functions with a major focus on analytics and reporting. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data analysis, generate insightful reports, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making.
NOTE: Vacancy is expected to be filled in no more than 30 calendar days from the completion of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the finance team to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects, providing analytical insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements
- Protected categories (L.68/99) is mandatory
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent command of MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and standards (IT GAAP/US GAAP is a plus)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent/good English is required (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
- Experience on the role of at least 2-4 years
