Hospitality Intern International

Job Description

As an intern you will take learning opportunities and apply your new skills to the department you are in, providing feedback on how the learning was administered to tailor the Aramark internship offering to be accessible to all. You will represent Aramark as an ambassador in all that you do, supporting and strengthening the contracts. 

Job Responsibilities

Human Resources 
The desired outcome of your time in the Human Resources department is to understand the employee lifecycle, be able to recruit team members, onboard, see them through key events throughout their employment and offboard. 

• Partner with our Human Resources team to understand the employee lifecycle 
• Understand the recruitment journey from role creation to offer stages 
• Onboarding and Off boarding journey 

Sales and Marketing 
The desired outcome of your time in the Sales and Marketing department is to understand the impact our Sales and Marketing team must generate business for Aramark, confidently build a sales pitch and deliver to ensure that we attract and retain customers. 

• Understand the sales team approach to managing proactive and reactive sales enquiries and align them with the best outlet 
• Develop a strategy to attract new customers that will promote the business and drive revenue 
• Build key relationships with the client to develop understanding of the offer 

Food and Beverage Operations 
The desired outcome of your time in the Food and Beverage Operations Team is to understand our F&B offer to the client, that builds our brand and reputation as a leader in the hospitality field. You will follow our food and beverage journey from concept to delivery. 

• Work alongside our culinary team to understand our culinary offering, menus, seasonality, costings and creation and deliver a 360 kitchen service 
• Experience life in the kitchen, understanding the basics of life as a chef, the health and safety, food management and basic techniques to support a service 
• Work alongside the Kitchen porter team to understand a day in the life 

Qualifications

• Strong organisation skills and loves looking at new way to solving problem
