DIRECTOR OF EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE 

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Director of Equipment Maintenance who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Director of Equipment Maintenance has the opportunity to shape our guests’ experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization is required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Develop and implement repair and preventative maintenance programs for all equipment utilized by Four Seasons Hualalai. 

• Supervise mechanics and assistant mechanics across multiple departments. 

• Work in cooperation with department heads to ensure safe and proper operation of all equipment. 

• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, parts purchases, and equipment condition. 

• Assist in capital equipment purchase recommendations. 

• Work in cooperation with department heads preparing and effectively managing budgets. 

• Maintain a safe, clean work and storage area.

WHAT TO BRING 

• Must have a valid driver's license. 

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. 

• Ability to operate equipment safely and according to manufacturer’s specifications. 

• Ability to lead, train and aid in the development of mechanics and assistant mechanics. 

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
