Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Operations at AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care in the Greater Chicago Area. The General Manager Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, ensure quality customer service, and handle budgeting responsibilities.
- Proven experience in multi-store management, fixed operations, and sales coaching.
- Ability to travel daily to multiple locations within the Chicago area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated discipline and attention to detail.
- General Automotive Management and Operations Management skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Team Management
- Budgeting skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in automotive or service industry preferred
- Degree in Business Administration or related field a plus
- Competitive salary range of 100-150k plus incentives.
