The Growth Support Data Specialist Senior supports the ability of our firm to operate as a data-driven organization by maintaining accuracy and integrity of customer and prospect data, providing training and adoption assistance for the firm's data and research platform(s), and providing user assistance and reporting services for all areas of the firm.

The Growth Support Data Specialist Senior demonstrates an elevated ability to independently manage the needs of multiple complex teams and stakeholders. They exhibit a high level of problem-solving and customer service skill.

1. Serves as primary resource for customer relationship management (CRM) database support across the firm.

• Supports and encourages the training and adoption of data tools.
• Provides assistance capturing account, contact, opportunity and activity data in CRM.
• Provides assistance with ad hoc pipeline, industry or market data reports, company research, and dashboard coordination requests for industry or local market users.  
• Develops and maintains specialized knowledge of firm data platforms to provide unique support for technically complex data and report requests.
• Adheres to and educates others on firm data integrity policies and procedures.
• Acquires specialized training and is educated on the proper execution of technical CRM tasks restricted only to those within the growth support data team.

2. Digital Platform Training
• Provides end-user training on adoption and use of firm data tools.
• Facilitates group training sessions for growth support team onboarding, ESS and firm client servers, and external client servers.

3. Talent and team development
• Regularly engages, participates and contributes to group discussions and activities within their focus area such as industry, line of business or local market growth teams.
• Collaborates effectively with Growth Support leaders, team members, other ESS subfunctions, and other internal Firm Client Service (FCS) teams to ensure business needs are met.
• Provides mentorship to colleagues and supports a collaborative team environment.
