What We Offer
The City and County of Denver offers competitive pay commensurate with education and experience. New hires are typically brought into the organization between $109,134 - $150,000/annually, based on experience and education. Location & Schedule
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. In this position you can expect work onsite at the Denver Wastewater Building (2000 W. 3rd Ave., Denver, CO 80223) on your in office days. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.

DOTI’s Infrastructure Delivery Division – Bridge Office has an opening for a Senior Engineer. This position would be part of a larger 17-person team working with engineers, project managers, inspectors, skilled tradesmen, and business administrators. As a Senior Engineer, you will have an opportunity to manage the design and construction aspects of bridge preventative maintenance, rehabilitations, replacements, and emergency repair projects.
The Senior Engineer roles and responsibilities may include the following:
Performing project management work by managing, coordinating, and directing large, complex, multi-disciplinary capital improvement projects including project initiation, development, production/execution, and closing/maintenance and project coordination with city departments, elected officials, affected community and business organizations, and other internal/external stakeholders
