<p><span><strong>PEGA SENIOR Consultant</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>The opportunity</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state of the art applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega Development platform. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>Your key responsibilities</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Work effectively as a team lead, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update managers on progress of tasks</span></li> <li><span>Continuously strive towards exceeding client &amp; team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments</span></li> <li><span>Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel</span></li> <li><span>Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks </span></li> <li><span>Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updates</span></li> <li><span>Participate in design, development, QA, deployment and support as require</span></li> <li><span>Compliance to EY policies and procedures like Timesheet / Leaves management etc.</span></li> <li><span>Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project</span></li> <li><span>Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases and ensure high quality deliverables </span></li> <li><span>Building of Technical Assets and Accelerators</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><br/></span><strong><span>Skills and attributes for success</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with experience in producing high quality reports and presentations as needed</span></li> <li><span>Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives. </span></li> <li><span>Hands on experience on at least 5-6 projects</span></li> <li><span>Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL</span></li> <li><span>Should cross skill and cross train as per the business requirements.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><br/></span><strong><span>To qualify for the role, you must have</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>4+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform</span></li> <li><span>Should have completed at least 3-4 end to end Pega project implementations</span></li> <li><span>Handling a small team of Pega developers</span></li> <li><span>Hands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), Reporting</span></li> <li><span>Hands-on experience in Process Flows, Decision &amp; Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File / Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors </span></li> <li><span>Good knowledge on UI/UX &amp; Portals development rules</span></li> <li><span>Good knowledge on REST, SOAP APIs</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of Pega application performance tuning activities</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of Pega Best Practices, Guardrail improvement techniques</span></li> <li><span>Understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL</span></li> <li><span>Good knowledge on UI, Portals development</span></li> <li><span>Good knowledge of Pega Best Practices </span></li> <li><span>Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies </span></li> </ul> <p><span><span><br/></span><strong><span>Ideally, you should also have</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>B.Sc, M. Sc, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics &amp; Telecommunications, Comp.
