We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners to support the team’s talent strategy, facilitate organizational change, and work closely with Talent Operations and cross-functional team members to design, implement, and enhance HR processes aligned with our mission and values.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of HR experience in fast-growing companies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within a global company with multiple international locations, with a proven ability to foster a strong culture and clear communication across a multinational environment.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a commitment to identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, with the capacity to make independent, solutions-oriented decisions.
  • A keen interest in developing analytical skills and the ability to follow and clearly communicate processes with attention to detail while remaining flexible.
  • Unwavering discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong self-management, interpersonal skills, and a high degree of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for team members, answering questions and assisting employees with all HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support the team’s talent strategy and facilitate organizational change.
  • Assist in the delivery of HR programs and processes, including workforce planning, employee engagement, performance reviews, promotion processes, talent development, and overall talent management.
  • Work with HR Generalists, Talent Operations, and cross-functional team members to develop and refine processes for greater efficiency.
  • Produce both regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., headcount, terminations, new hires, promotions).
  • Partner with managers on performance management and mentorship conversations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, managing full-cycle processes through resolution and escalating as needed.
  • Maintain and update internal HR documentation, including transfer/promotion letters and immigration postings.
  • Stay current on local employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare job descriptions and job postings.
  • Manage the recruitment process for non-exempt positions.
  • Coordinate the interview process between hiring leaders and candidates
