What You Will Contribute:

The HR Generalist provides administrative and organisational support to all managers and employees, particularly in relation to administrative HR topics. This position also supports the HR Manager in ongoing projects relating to employer branding and L&D measures (e.g. organisation of onboarding schedules, team events, training communication, updating employee information) and with recruiting efforts. 

Job Duties:

• Conduct ongoing data collection to further prepare and enter data for monthly payrolls.  

• Process time recording/absences for employees.  

• Manage all data in Workday such as Workday moves, new hires, terminations etc.  

• Prepare employment contracts and other documents (e.g. changes, terminations, etc.).  

• Responsible for HR administration such as creation of employment contracts/master data maintenance.  

• Assist with recruiting efforts (telephone interviews, handling interview appointments, onboarding ) etc.  

• Provide support during the entire Employee Life Cycle.  

• Actively participate in HR projects in the fields of process optimization and digitalization.  

• Prepare regular reports as well as ad hoc reports as needed.  

Education and Experience:

• Completed sound economic education or current university studies with specialization in Human Resources

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field desired

Qualifications:

• Intermediate HR knowledge required

• Intermediate proficiency with MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel) required

• Excellent German and very good English skills required

• User knowledge in Workday or a related software and payroll knowledge preferred
